1 Leon Tart appeals a judgment, entered upon a jurys verdicts, convicting him of three offenses: false imprisonment, first-degree sexual assault with use of a dangerous weapon, and first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Tart also appeals an order denying his motion for post-conviction relief. He argues the trial court erred by denying his requests to allow him to enter a plea of not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect, and to adjourn the trial. We reject these arguments and affirm the judgment and order.
