1. Gerald D. Taylor appeals pro se from an order denying his Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2001-02) motion. Taylor claims the trial court erred when it denied his motion. Because Taylors claims are procedurally barred pursuant to State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994), and are non-meritorious, we affirm.
