The critical question presented for review is whether a workmens compensation insurance carrier has the right to suspend or terminate payment of permanent partial disability benefits to a claimant when the claimant seeks and receives total temporary disability benefits from another workmens compensation carrier as the result of a subsequent industrial injury. We hold that a workmens compensation insurance carrier is not vested with that authority and we therefore affirm the award of the Industrial Commission.
